After Clean Install: OS X Install Data Folder + Password for Hard disk-User?

Hi,

after a clean Yosemite install (from USB) I do have two issues.

1.
I do have a Folder "OS X Install Data" - with no access to

2.
@my user login screen I do have a "Password for Harddisk" user

Never had those two issues before - what can it be?
