Hey all! I'm a digital artist mostly working in Photoshop, Painter, and After Effects (with Element 3d plug in)
I'm about to buy a new iMac and having trouble deciding between the 5k retina with 1TB fusion drive and AMD Radeon R9 M290X 2GB GDDR5 or the 27 inch 1TB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4GB GDDR5
I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not After effects in particular works better with one or the other and if it's wise or worth it to get the 1 TB fusion drive vs the 1TB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200 rpm
