im so helpless..... i get my phone reset - after i delete all content and settings, apple logo appears and it cannot be restore as i tried to restore it using itunes. the said error is error 1015. anyone who could help me back my iphone work... thanks a lot

I don't have any first-hand knowledge but if you search the web for "Error 1015" you'll find a number of help pages. Here's one, for example. Most seem to be for Windows users.

Error 1015 is a basband mismatch error. Your phone was most likely previous
Ly jail broken and unlocked by changing the baseband to the 6.15 iPad baseband. You will need to restore it using a custom firmware.

Was it jb before and do you have the iPad bb installed to unlock.
That's your prob right there.
