After I update Keynote in the app store, it keeps showing up as needing to be updated

After I update keynote from the app store, it keeps showing up as an update needed. I have updated it 5 or 6 times and it still keeps showing up as needing to be updated. i tried removing the keynote, then i check for updates and it still showing up as an update....what should i do? i have the retina macbook pro 2012 and i updated to 10.9 from 10.8:confused:

Delete or move the old keynote app

Applications > iWork ’09 > Keynote
