After jailbreakme.com - iTunes Problem

Guys,

I updated my 3GS to 4.0.1 and after i jalbreakme.com it. Since that i have problem in iTunes. iPhone is recognized by iTunes but first page under Applications is missing, folders are missing and when i try to sync it, all goes to hell and i need to organize icons all over again....

Any idea?

That would be why.

It hasn't happened to me, but theres been reports about iTunes reorganizing the apps if your using Infinifolders. Also, the apps that are below the 12th (13th, 14th app) doesn't show up in iTunes.

If you have SHSHs from before you jailbroke it, then yeah I think so but I don't know the full details.

Now, i restore the phone and decided not to install already purchased infinifolders but when i install infinidock....same sh...t happens....
