I finally convinced my dad to upgrade from iOS 4 to 5 on his iPhone 4 the other week and did a fresh install, but now he's having some issues on it. The biggest being that the thing cannot remember any passwords. Whether he's using the Netflix app, his banking app, etc, it always wants him to reenter passwords every time.

What could be wrong here?

Thank you in advanced.

For Netflix, make sure he's running version 2.1.3 (check the App Store for updates). Maybe try going to Settings->Netflix and toggling the Reset to the On position. This will require him to sign in again but it should hopefully retain the information this time around.

My banking app (Wells Fargo Mobile) requires me to login each time so it may be by design for financial apps not to remember the credentials.
