After Mac OSX 10.5.7 Photoshop CS4 full screen mode background grey area problem?

Hi: My problem is; when I click F button(this first switch are full screen mode with menu bar) my full screen mode grey area has a colorfull noise(Randomly). My machine and graphic card compatible with Open GL. Anyone know why did happen like that? Buy the way I did all updates.

Ps: My machine 2009 iMac 2.93 Ghz with ATI 4850....
