After one day of iTunes 8 and Jailbreaked 2.0.1 "lose Music"

After upgrading to iTunes 8(bad idea) I have had problems. First i was messing with my phone i see there is no music. I had music before but it is gone now. Also my free itunes apps don't work. They go to there screen then back to the main screen with all the apps. Any ideas?
