after reformat iWeb

I reformatted my mac and how do I get my old site back in iWeb? I tried opening up iDisk and dragging my files into the sites folder under my username but that did not work. Any ideas?

the iWeb file is actually saved in the ~/Library folder; if you didn't back up your mac before you reformatted then you're out of luck
