After restart, idling before go to desktop

After I restart this leopard macbook CD, it idles with the blue wallpaper (not aurora) around 10 seconds.

I checked console and here's I found

ApplicationServices.framework/Frameworks/ATS.framework/Support/ATSServer[87]: (13) Cannot use ATS Persistent Store - switching to old FODB cache code

IT shows up in every after restart, what should I do?
