After restoring 8.0, photos no longer chronological

Just restored 8.0 from IPSW and a new bug emerged. My Photos are chronological in Years and Collections mode but when I go next level into Moments, it loses chronological order. Anyone else?

Edit: I turned off Photo Stream in setting and then turned it back on and this seems to have fixed it. All pics are in order in all views.
