I have a 2gen 32gig iPod Touch (3.1.3) (iTunes 9.1.1)

Jailbroke it, the Touch is working fine with Cydia installed and everything but once I plug it into the computer, it will say "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPod 'iPod Touch'. Go to Summary tab in iPod preferences and click Restore to restore this iPod to factory settings."

Any ideas as how to get the iPod Touch syncing fine?

Thanks!

First of all, are you using Mac or Windows?

Second, I would try backing up your current Cydia apps (http://www.ilikemyiphone.com/2009/02/27/how-to-backup-cydia-apps-while-changing-iphone-firmware-in-itunes-aptbackup/). Unless you haven't yet downloaded many.

Next, I would restore your iPod with iTunes, and then try re-jailbreaking. Refer back to the link above on how to restore your Cydia apps.

Hope this helps..I would also pay close attention to what apps you installed in Cydia, there might be a chance one of those apps is causing it, but I doubt it.
