i updated to 2.2.1 successfully. However, some of my apps are no longer on my phone. They are still in the Applications folder under Library on my MBP. I have sync'ed the phone to itunes and checked all the boxes next to the missing apps.
No luck.
How can i get them back? when i go to the app store, it says i already purchased them, and i cant DL them again...

Is it a backup I need to do?
The only backup that shows up under "devices" in itunes is the one from after i updated.

Thanks,

Joe

1. Delete the applications from your iTunes library

2. Sync your phone

3. Re-download your applications

4. Sync your phone again

I'm just guessing here, but I don't see why the above wouldn't work.

Not sure. Just a guess. Maybe some apps are not compatible with the update, and thus will not load.

When this this happen to me before I would get an error message on iTunes saying that the app could not be sync'ed. Maybe that part is not working.

Again, just a guess.
