After updating bootcamp cannot find the operating system.

The exact errors is: An Operating system wasn't found. Try Disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system.
Pres Ctrl+Alt+del to restart

I looked it up, and this is due to the MBR being deleted. How do I add it back in OS X WITHOUT deleting my stuff? My bootcamp is located on a 128 gb thunderbolt ssd drive.

Question 2: Why the hell does bootcamp not show up when booting into boot mgr, it gives you the error when booting into bootcamp, but holding boot mgr and selecting efi boot lets you boot into windows?
