After updating to iOS4, keep getting "Error 13019" during sync

Any ideas why I keep getting this ?
I would really like to sync my stuff .. Haha.

I checked out Apple Support and only found this for OS 3.0 though:

I'm yet to restore however I will if need be.

Any help much appreciated!
