After updating to macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 on my M2 Mac Mini I can't format disks or usb sticks in either usb or usb c socket

After updating to macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 on my M2 Mac Mini I can't format disks or usb sticks in either usb or usb c socket.
If I check under sharing and permissions on either USB stick or SSD disk it says custom access? no System,Wheel,Everyone only sees it on Macintoch HD system disk?
What happened does anyone have any ideas?

I've never heard of this tool before. Is there a special diagnostic that it offers that fixed it for you?

Worked once then same again ran Onyx and then it worked again what is the problem?

Here is the link to the program I have used for many years to clean up unnecessary files from the system. Mac Os is after the first start when you have run the default settings in Onyx significantly faster to start programs, among other things.
Always make a fresh backup of your system before using this program for the first time.
I have never had any problems with this program.

Now back to the formatting problem this morning when I started my Mac Mini (I always turn off the computer when I'm not using it) it worked to format tried several times confusing but it's not the first time strange phenomena have occurred when updating Mac Os over the years.
Hope it doesn't occur again.
