After Upgrade Mac OS 10.5.6 to 10.6.3 iPhone 3Gs can't Detected

I have some problem here,..after i upgrade my OS from MAC OS 10.5.6 to 10.6.3 My mac can't detect Iphone 3GS on itunes and even Iphone explorer can't detect it ,...i try to upgrade itunes..but the problem still the same,..first, i thought the problem is in the USB but i still can detect all my ext hard drive,..and i try to use my pc to sync and its no problem with the Iphone 3 GS it self...

if you guys have any suggestion..i will appreciate it..Thanks..
