After Upgrade to Yosemite All Messages Conversations Are Gone!

Anyone else experiencing this? After upgrading to Yosemite I opened up Messages, and the left-hand pane is totally blank. All my conversations have been wiped clean. I've logged out and back in and re-started my machine, but they just aren't there. Any ideas, or is this just something that happens when you upgrade?
