Right - it's time to take the plunge and offer up a Macbook to the parent in the new year. Despite my 'Delluded' leanings, I do appreciate the Mac as computers for the technologically illiterate. Despite my best efforts said parent is still that way.
Thing is, aforesaid parent travels around quite a lot - and there is no way that the Applecare-style support of pick up & deliver / taking it to an Apple store will work.
Which company offers the most comprehensive worldwide onsite support service for Macs?
If it's not going to work I'll just buy two or three and courier them out whenever there's a problem. Obviously though if I don't have to do that it'd be better.
