Called Apple's aftersales/ customer service line on Friday. The guy on the phone arranged to send me a new Air out and arrange courier for the old one. He said i'd receive an email within 24 hours and it would be sent out for Monday. Not received an email and nothing has changed on my original order on the online store. Should I expect it to turn up tomorrow anyway or do I need to phone up again?
