Anyone try an aftermarket magnetic MagSafe charger? I see them all over AliExpress. I’m all for oem, but wireless charger I’m not too worried about being oem as nothing is actually being plugged into the phone as it’s wireless. I see that they now even have the apple animation when the puck is attached. I bought one and will provide a review when I receive it, most likely will take a month lol. And if it works I’m planning to buy few to place around the house and in the car. Mean time just wanted to see if anyone has tried any yet and see if they worked as intended with no issues

Don’t get junk off Aliexpress. I haven’t tried it yet, but Anker makes one, and Anker make awesome stuff. 5ft cord too.

Agree all my cables are anker :) however not sure what you mean anker makes one, as they don’t make a MagSafe charger yet, maybe your thinking of the charging block? Unless if they do please post a link, would be very interested.

I bought a junk one off of Ali and it works just fine. I don’t have an Apple one to compare it to but it snaps into place, there is a nice charging animation and it charges my phone.

Edit, it only works ¼ of the time.......I’m trying to exchange it or get a refund
