Are scratches on the AG a problem (easy to get) ?
- Actually the only thing which keeps me from getting AG....

Someone who went glossy JUST because of that?

I have had a laptop (which I still keep and use occasionally) whose screen is matte (aka... plastic), and it doesn't have any scratch on it.
I always clean it with a tissue and a little bit of water... and I don't really care much about this computer... so no... unless you use your MacBook Pro in the desert, you clean it with sandpaper, you use your keys to remove something which is sticked to the screen I doubt you will get scratches...

Just use common sense. Avoid touching the screen and use the tissue that Apple includes with the laptop to clean the screen. Simple I think...

Honestly. It will, after a proud of time and if you clean the screen often.

However is not noticeable
