Age of Empire III Audio Problem

Ok so I was trying to play Age of Empires III on my PowerBook 15" with Leopard installed. Every time I try to open it, I get the audio error (picture below)

I have tried to open GarageBand and close it, but when I open GB, I get an driver error as well (pictured below).

I have tried the Terminal command as well. Any solutions?
