I just upgraded from Firefox 2.xx on my PC to Firefox 3.0.1 and it made a big difference in the speed of MM. My calendar went from unusably-slow to reasonably quick. While I'd like it to still be a bit faster, it is now actually useful (except for the inability to add alerts to my calendar events
