iPod ahhh, in desperate need of ipod video help.

ok, so i found a program to encode my mpeg files to mpeg 4 (Xilisoft), and when im done encoding and transfer it to my itunes, i only get the first 5 minutes of each video. what is wrong here?
 
You need to buy a regestration key. The trial version limits all output to five minutes or less. Hope this helps.
