AHT (Apple Hardware Test) 2.0.2 for iMac G4

Hi folks,

I'm in need of an AHT image for my iMac G4 15" PPC 1.0 Ghz.
2.0.2 is as far as I know the only version that will work with this model.

Does anyone have a copy for me, please? Or do you guys know where to download the DMG? I know Apple has a hidden link to retrieve AHT images, but I can't find my 4-digit model number anywhere..

Any help would be much appreciated!
