AHT disk needed for an iMac 21.5" late 2009.

Hello everybody. My first post on the forum.

I have a late 2009, 21.5" iMac and I need the second disk that came with my iMac. It's the Applications disk, AHT version 3A176.
Does anybody know where can I get a copy of that? I tried at a couple of local Apple resellers, but no luck.
Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

If you contact Apple they will usually provide replacements for a nominal cost.
