AI Motion Interpolation software?

Are there any Mac AI Motion Interpolation that I can use to increase the frame rate from 15 to 30? I even tried GitHub but it never worked.

If that's not what you're looking for, then you're not describing what it is that you need. Because that is exactly what you are describing.

Then maybe say what exactly "increase frame rate" and "add missing frames" are supposed to mean, if not that?
