My wife's AIM acct was randomly suspended today. I began reading about the error message and discovered that this happened back in December too. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I should do? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

It seems as though their databases get rolled back every so often, as if they're unreliable or they've been attacked. I've found people on my buddy list blocked when they haven't been blocked for months or I've been blocked.
Of course, because it's AIM and free, what can you do?
