Anyone else finding that the screen smears a lot more than the older ones did when they were new? I'm guessing the anti-reflection coating has replaced (or lowered the affect of) the oleophobic one.

While I'm knocking my new iPad, here are my other complaints:

  • The speakers are still in the wrong place (although at least they're on the side now, rather than on the back (my last model was a 3rd gen))
  • You can feel vibrations from the speakers through the whole device
  • It's all rather flexible

And despite all that, I absolutely love this thing! It's my favorite Apple product since the original iPad. So nice in the hand, I know it's not that much smaller than before but it looks and feels a lot smaller and lighter. And that 2GB of RAM? It has completely solved my tabs reloading problem! And of course, Touch ID is essential now. But mostly, it's the form factor and lightness that are most amazing about this thing.
