skype doesn't let you do that sadly only FaceTime allows the camera windows to pop out and let you do stuff on the iPad.

No the Air 2 is more than capable of doing it the app just doesn't have that feature. Your beef is with skype not the iPad.

Developer has to update the app. Im not even sure if apple even has an API for that.
