Air drop changes file names

Airdropping from iPhone 13 pro Max to my Mac mini M1 (BigSur11.7) changes the file names of the video files to random numbers, is there a way to stop this behavior?

Images name remain intact & video file names changes, due to this problem I am not using air drop since I need original file names.

pics or videos in the iOS photos app do not have permanent file names. iOS renames files being transferred into and out of the photos app.
That’s why file names are never shown.
