Air Home Video is a standalone app that will let you AirPlay your recorded videos from Camera Roll or any video synced to Photos to your new Apple TV. This app is available now in Cydia from thebigboss repo for $0.99. Grab what Apple left out. 4.2.1 required.

wow you cant do that without JB'ing, SOF a B!

That is correct. I convinced two friends today to jb, solely because of this. Jailbreak required only for iDevice, not Apple TV, just to clarify.

I'm pretty sure they plan to. They just haven't yet. Video Airplay is at 1.0 right now.

Is this any different from AirVideoEnabler or AllPlay? Can they not do Camera Roll movies?

AirVideoEnabler and AllPlay will enable AirPlaying videos for third party apps that use the Apple iOS mediaplayer kit. They don't allow access to do videos in camera roll. Air Home Video is strictly a standalone app that will allow access to camera roll and all videos in the photos app to stream to an Apple TV. To AirPlay AirVideo or Safari, you will still need AirVideoEnabler and/or AllPlay

Thanks for the info. So in short, to be fully covered we need both.
