iPad Air Air M2 2024 Case Size

I just ordered the new 2024 Air for my kiddo. Did they change the case size or curious if the last gen cases will work with the new one?

The dimensions are the same as the old air. It should fit.

I had a back and forth with a case company earlier today and now that they have the product in hand they were NOT changing their specs for the 6th Gen. Same as the 5th Gen.

I just couldn't trust that something hadn't changed even with the same specs so I've waited before opening anything.

i kinda want a black case for the air. does apple usually release extra colors for the m2 case? or will i have to buy the m1 case?
