Air Play not working (help)

I just bought a new ASUS RTN66U after my Linksys WRT54GL finally kicked the bucket. 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz work perfect but theres just one things.

Air play isn't working on any of my apple devices! Any suggestions?

Is it just AirPlay or don't you see no OS X shared services (e.g. network shares, shared printers, shared iTunes/iPhoto libraries, iTunes Home Sharing)?
If the latter, then the multicast DNS (aka ZeroConf Networking aka Bonjour) is the first thing to investigate.
Install Bonjour Browser and investigate which services register.
