So my Air Pods seemed like the volume was pretty low so I did a disconnect and re-pair. It seemed to get a little better but when I compare my Air Pod volume to the corded Apple headset volume I would say 50% with corded = the Air Pods at about 90%.

Not to be gross but I don’t see any wax buildup and I keep them really clean.

Ideas?
[doublepost=1537473819][/doublepost]To add. Using Apple Music to test. Now using a different song, Busy Child by Crystal Method. Can confirm 50% on corded Apple = 90% on Air Pods. In fact, Air Pods at 25% (under the second RW triangle) isn’t really even audible at all.

Went through call with Apple Support and they are overnighting me new Air Pods (not the case). I just have to send my low-volume ones back to Apple.
