When you purchase from third-party retailers with significant discounts like this, I would always call their customer service and verify exactly what you're receiving. Customers have been burned in the past trying to save money by buying discounted AirPods and it was not what they expected at all.
It says 20% off but they taking that off the cellular price point but it’s the GPS one making only a savings of $10 off regular price
