So my Air's audio stopped working randomly, for no good reason. It was definitely hardware, since a reinstallation did nothing.

So I gave it in to my local authorised repair centre to be fixed.

Their diagnosis matched mine, and so they set about replacing the logic board.
Which did nothing. Replacing the speaker did nothing. Then they tried replacing some connecting wire, to no avail.

So almost a month later, and my Air sits unfixed in a shop while they establish from Apple what to do...

I think they're doing a great job, but it's been a LONG time! Anybody had longer?

-_-
