AirDisk, Macs, and External Hard Drives

This is a threefold question:

#1 What do you think is the best type of external hard drive to use with a MBP? I want speed.

#2 Which do you think is the best external hard drive to use with AirDisk?

#3 In your experience, is having your iTunes library on an AirDisk good or bad? How slow are we talkin?

Much appreciated. Whichever the wisest here recommend here, I will be buying that one tomorrow morning.

1. FireWire 800 or eSATA

2. Anything with USB

3. Reading via AirDisk is fine. Writing large amounts of data usually causes it to crap out.
