Id like to thank a cy.starkman from over on the verge forums ! He solved my problems and Id like to share them with everyone here ! I want to make it clear that this is a cut and paste, I did not solve the problem UNTIL after I read cy.starkman's post so all credit goes to him !!!

"You may have to do this weird solve that I found elsewhere after wondering WTF last night.

(your mac needs to be compatible of course)

- Make sure in Mac/Pref/General you have handoff ticked
- Make sure your Mac has bluetooth and WiFi on
- Make sure your iPhone has bluetooth and Wifi On

Now, regardless of settings you may need to do this.

1) iPhone/Pref/General/Handoff – switch it off, then on again
2) iPhone/Pref/General/Facetime – switch off calls via (cell/mobile) and then turn it back on
3) Reboot iPhone

Sounds ridiculous, worked instantly, no pairing or other things (I did not do sms/call, just apps)

Oh and I think that this is VERY important (but maybe it was just an illusion last night).

Your phone needs to be set down then you physically pick it up and bring up the lock screen, as I say that may have been an illusion."
