iPhone AirDrop: can't make it works well. Any help?

Foreward: all my devices have BT, wifi, and airdrop enabled. The airDrop is open to everyone on every device, After the iOS13 it happens what you see in the picture. Some devices pops up in the first row with the icon, some other are "anonymous". I have to tap on "airdrop" and the i see an anonymized icon under the label "other people".

What i missing?
