Although I'm loving Lion overall, I'm disappointed that I can't use AirDrop. I frequently exchange files between a Mac Mini (2008), iMac (2008) and Mac Pro (2010). While I have been getting by on a combination of email and DropBox, I was eagerly anticipating using AirDrop to eliminate the internet usage. Unfortunately, none of these machines are compatible with AirDrop! *sigh*

Why are the requirements so high? The machines aren't that old.

email and DropBox. You should be able to drag and drop files from one machine to another right in the finder in Snow Leopard. I would think that SL to Lion would still have that option.
