AirDrop issues?

So since updating to 14.1, I seem to have encountered a bug with AirDrop not working properly.

I have AirDrop set to contacts only and sending photos to my wife through AirDrop just times out without sending anything. And vice versa. She can’t send to me

Switching from contacts only to everyone seems to have solved the issue for us.

She is still on 13.7 on her phone, and I’m on 14.1. As noted this seems to have changed after I upgraded to 14.1 but it may have existed earlier on 14 and I didn’t notice it.

Yes I have then same problem. I bought an iMac 2020 yesterday and alls fine except I can't airdrop to it from iPhone or iPad. Strangely I can air from the iMac just not to it. Really annoying as I use airdrop a lot with photos to keep all devices in sync.
