AirDrop will not work for me on iOS 8.0.2. When I turn it on and set it to look for everyone, my phone dies not show up on my friends airdrop circle to sen it to me. Anyone else have this problem?

Works for me.. even on 3G. Try setting to "Everyone" on both phones. It takes about 15 seconds to show up.
Make sure all devices have iOS 8.0.2. I did experience this problem, and upgrading all devices to the latest iOS version solved the problem.
I've certainly experienced some unreliable and slow AirDrop issues between my wife's and my phones. Both running 8.0.2, hers is a 6, mine a plus. Mostly the phones just don't show up in AirDrop.
