I just got my rMB and I'm trying to transfer the Photos library from my older rMBP to my new rMB. Everything else transferred fine except for the Photos library. It's very large, about 250GB. It keeps saying preparing to transfer but doesn't seem to get around, even after almost 30 mins. My iTunes library folder transfer just fine, but that's probably its multiple smaller files, rather than a single photo library. My videos transferred find too, some are gigabytes.
Any idea how can I transfer it over Airdrop? Yes, there's more than enough space on the new machine for it to transfer.
