Airdrop quickly

When I click to share a file from my iPhone to Mac, it shows my mac in quick menu to share. That means I don't need to click on Airdrop first and choose my Mac. As soon as I press share, it shows up. But;
When I want to Airdrop a file from mac to my iPhone, I have tl select Airdrop. It doesn't show my mac quickly as my iPhone svlwas, I wonder if there are any way to see that option?

AFAIK, you can't. You need to click on AirDrop.

I think it shows up after you have been using it before and/or you must be logged in with the same Apple ID on both devices or with two Apple IDs in the same family sharing.
