Airdrop Reset?

Has anyone discovered how to reset airdrop to the 10.10 protocol/default via the command line and/or altering a preference file? I set one of my systems to use the legacy protocol ("Airdrop with Older Macs: On") and can't seem to return it to the protocol that supports iOS.
