What the heck are these models listed on Apple's website as AirPlay 2-enabled?

• LG NanoCell SM9X series (2019)Announced
• LG NanoCell SM8X series (2019)Announced

Never heard of them before, at least not by that designation. I have a 2018 LG TV with a NanoCell display, model SK85, but it's called LG Super UHD 4K TV. Is it the same line of the ones announced above? I'm still hopeful LG will enable their 2018 models through software update.

Ok so I watched their keynote at CES and they renamed the Super UHD TV brand to NanoCell TV. Same ******** with different names. Do you think they might enable 2018 models via software update? My TV has an alpha 7 chip, I think that’d be enough.

If only they listened to customers who buy $1K+ TVs...

My tv updated today from 4.10.10 to 5.10.10
But I don’t see any major difference and no HomeKit/Airplay2
It’s an SK80 model so it should be supported.

Anyone else had an update and got it working?
