AirPlay - can't multitask with some apps?

I've been fiddling around with AirPlay for a while, and it's working pretty well - apart from one thing. While I can multitask to Twitter, the web, etc, the video cuts out when I switch to Lego Harry Potter. I can't work out why this is.

Is this a problem / error / mistake? And are there other apps which are affected by this? And can I get it working at all?
