Airplay from iPad?

I can airplay from my home computer but cannot figure out how to do it form my iPad. I do not have the 4.x beta software. If that is the issue I will stop trying. If not, can someone point me to a tutorial?

Yes, I think that's the problem.

Airplay is only on 4.2 and as of now does not work with Video. You have to wait until Nov.
